I'm currently dealing with an issue that needs resolution. In order to promptly detect and respond to incidents, we're utilizing the platform's built-in notification feature. This feature sends out emails to designated recipients whenever an incident is created or modified.
However, we're encountering a problem with the time zones associated with various fields related to date and time. These fields are utilized in the notification template when sending emails through the IBM SOAR platform's built-in feature. Specifically, the fields incident.create_date are displaying time in UTC instead of the expected GMT+5 time zone when the intended recipient receives the email.
We want it in GMT+5 format, is there any way?
