    Hii... Im Ahyar

    I want to ask about the ISVG credential. I cannot enter the ISVG Appliance or the ISVG Console on the cloud, even though I have entered the same credentials as the document provided by IBM. Meanwhile, when I log in to the on-premise console, I can. Does the on-premise console have a separate document? I still haven't got it, and I still can't log in to the on-cloud console in ISVG with the admin username and password. Please help those who have experienced something like this. thank you

    I am afraid that it will be very difficult in this User Group forum to help you with question of this nature.

    You will need to find out who is supporting your environment and probably contact the service/help desk of the service provider.
