  • 1.  IBM Security Verify Access Extension for Glowroot

    Dear All,

    I would like to use above mentioned extension in an on-prem ISVA Environment (version 10.0.5.0). On this URL Extension for Glowroot I found some information but even I downloaded 2 ZIPs from URL glowroot_releases I cannot install it on the system.

    I always got an error messages that extension is not supported. See below. 

    This document is not helping a lot  Glowroot_AppExchange_v1.pdf

    Error message from management_ui/messages.log:

    1882      [4/5/23, 11:14:07:197 EDT] 00000812 com.ibm.mesa.feature.extensions.SysExtensions                E Invalid Extension support package file uploaded
    1883      [4/5/23, 11:14:07:255 EDT] 00000812 com.ibm.mesa.feature.extensions.SysExtensions                E Failed to install extension: An invalid extension support file was supplied.

    Has everyone any idea or any suggestions?

    Janos,

     

    The extension is downloaded as a zip.  You first need to unzip the downloaded file and then use the unzipped .ext file.
