Huge work is in progress aiming to integrate our chatbot feature with most of the communication apps available.
We currently have full support for the ones listed on this page: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/21.0?topic=chatbot-integrating-bot-communication-channels .
Facebook, Slack and Microsoft Teams support documentation are about to be released.
Unfortunately, Whatsapp isn't on this list yet.
Some other chat apps are expected to be supported and documented for upcoming releases.
