    Hi Kamal,  ReaQta Hive is a SaaS service so there is no option to download. Only the agents need to be dowloaded.
     You can reach out to your local seller or technical contact to ask for a demo/trial or when you are working at a Business Partner they might be able to enable you on the BP Hive.
