    Hello,



    I have one question about creating different scenarios for the annual budget plan. Is it possible to be create some sort sandboxes with these different scenarios which can be viewed from more than one user and the versions of the budget to be with the same functionality like sandbox?
    For example I create a new budget plan for next year. After that my colleague make some changes in the plan and these changes are with different colour like this ones using sandbox functionality. I view the changes and accept them in the base variant.

    Nikolay,

    The sandbox feature is localized to an individual user, if you want to have shared scenarios across multiple users I would recommended creating another working version/scenario element  that can be used globally.

    Depending on how your rules are written you may need to add the new version to your calculations to mirror the annual plan calculations.  You can look at the differences between the plans that have been created by creating a consolidated element that had the comparison versions that you are reviewing.
