The easiest way is to have this model available if you have the TM1 on-premis and Local Cloud - then the process is just to add this model to your tm1 servers and point it to the Local cloud Admin Host address.
For the the PAW Private or Public Cloud users, create a ticket for CloudOps.
There is no steps yet on how to import the models on CP4D.
The only way to have this model/books on PA Trial would be if this model will be part of the samples in the upcoming releases as there is no access to the tm1 servers.

There is no importing capability in the PA Trial yet. The Accelerator models/books could be imported to the Cloud enterprise/local by the Admin.
