  • 1.  IBM Match 360 mapping issue

    Hi,

    I am trying to map a data file into an IBM Match 360 (Beta) project but the column 'FirstName' won't seem to auto map or be allowed to manual map.  The only mapping target displayed is Primary Residence City.... if I search for name it returns 'Legal Name - Given... ' the attribute I need but there is no option to select it.  Please advise.  I am using Edge browser but have also tried Chrome.

    Hi Clive,

    Once you search for name and 'Legal Name - Given... ' returns, can you try hitting the "Map and Save ..." button at the bottom right corner?

    Thanks May.  Intuitively I was looking for something to appear in the pick-list below.  That button also looks like a banner/description.
