    How to get an extension for my 90-day trial instance? We initiated a 90-day trial in May 2025, and it is now approaching expiration. An extension is needed to cover the period before the cutover date in October, so during the cutover, we can promote the trial instance to production.

    Hi Chen,
    You can send email to L3_SMT@wwpdl.vnet.ibm.com, L3_SMT@ibm.onmicrosoft.com asking to extend the trial with business reason. 
    Also the trial account can be made promoted as production. You will get the reply from support for details.

    IBM does not extend Free Trials however they do offer pay as you go?  Just be sure to set your send limit.
