    This morning I was looking at the IBM Ideas portal for IBM Z Operating System and Hardware and did a sort by popularity (votes) and found these 3 in the top 10 - all in "future consideration" state. What can be done to "nudge" these into a more positive state such as "delivered"?

    I've had success with IBM Ideas (formerly known as RFEs) that were delivered within 1 to 2 years, and I have others rejected with rational comments. But to sit in a "future consideration" state for 8 to 10 years does not seem rational.
