    Is anyone else having issues with logging into Cloud instances?

    On a general note, IBM ID appears to be going down with semi-regular frequency, and it's very annoying, especially when you then can't log in to support to raise a ticket.

    We also had issues yesterday at this same time.
    Even though it is not very frequent, it has happened several times during the last months, causing very bad perception also for our users.

    It was also impossible to log in to support for raising tickets, but I was able to track status from this web page: https://statuspage.ibmcloudsecurity.com

    I agree. IBM ID issues have become an all-too-common occurrence lately. So much so that I have to have a set of steps to go through now to confirm the issue.

    They did send out a notice yesterday which was helpful. It included a link to a status page that I'll reference for future events.

    Managing users through PAA Users & Groups and syncing between IBM Subscription Management has always been a point of frustration. They have needed to be synced back up a couple of times by opening a support ticket.
