Hello ILMT Team

We have installed ILMT V9.2.23.0 on IBM i. The collector jobs are running with no errors at all.:

1) SBMJOB JOB(BFI_PKG) CMD(QSH CMD('/cit/automation/run_sw.sh'))

2) SBMJOB JOB(BFI_PKG) CMD(QSH CMD('/cit/automation/pack_results.sh'))

**Each job took only 0,004scs to run with NO errors and the ZIP file is generated but it is empty.

Can you please provide us any assistance to validate this behavior?

Hello Team

After researching I detected:

a) The client uploaded the Disconnected scan files to /cit directory only

b) The setup_all.sh (Installation ) command was not executed.

SOLUTION:

a) QSH

b) cd /cit

c) setup_all.sh (ok)

d) run_sw_and_pack.sh

e) The zip was created sucessfully

f) ILMT import file was ok.

CLOSED.
