    Hi,

    your question is illegible. In my wildest imagination I would say you are asking for a concise document that positions IBM FileNet against a CRM (like Siebel or Salesforce).

    Such a document does not exist as far as I know as this would be comparing apples and oranges.

    IBM FileNet is a general purpose document management system (so it handles the complete lifecycle of a document) while a CRM keeps track of your customer conatcts and outcomes thereof.

    Note that very easily a CRM can make use of FileNet as it is demonstrated with Salesforce, but so can SAP and any core system that customers wish to use and has a need to store documents.

    Otherwise I do not know what to say....
