  • 1.  IBM Db2 on Cloud - Connection Authorization Failure

    Hi everyone,

    Need assistance on using cloud resources. Specifically, I am interested in Db2 on Cloud service. I am able to create the service well however, I am not able to open console whereby a click on the "Open Console" button throws an error shown below;

    [jcc][t4][2013][11249][4.26.14] Connection authorization failure occurred. Reason: User ID or Password invalid. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000

    I have tried to create my instance in London and Dallas which currently support my plan but the same happens. Where am I missing the step or is there a known issue regarding this? prompt assistance appreciated.

    Hi Michael,
    That should just work within seconds of creating the service.  It's broken.  Try to delete and re-create the service and contact support if it doesn't behave.  Hope it works!
