    I am trying to generate Visual Explain or query tuning but both are giving me error anyone can guide. 

    When i try visual explain it is giving error "Fail to collect explain data for the query access plan from the target data server with SQLSTATE IX000."

    when i try for query tuning  " For input string : "C5WE".

    If any one can guide. My purpose was to see my query execution plan.
