Can somebody help me with launching Cognos? I created an account and about to start exploring, however, when I clicked the "Launch" button, another tab added and it keeps on loading only. Please help.

Please check your internet connection. It usually happen like that because of slow speed or no internet at all. Then, clear cache and relaunch.
