Hi everyone,
I have a case where a user, with a Microsoft Surface Pro device, is able to create a report but he is unable to drag & drop items from the source pane to the list. Actually whenever he tries to drag & drop items from the source pane the report stop responding and the user is unable to do anything. He tried it in Chrome, Edge and Firefox with the same result.
I also checked, with developer mode, the possible warnings and errors (see attached image) appearing during the drag & drop but I couldn't find something useful.
Finally, I found the following article which is relevant to 10.2, but in this article it is stated that "
when the Surface Pro is in tablet mode (no keyboard or mouse) it is now a mobile device and is not supported as Windows is not a supported mobile OS". In my case has keyboard and mouse:
