I am using ibm CP4D version 4.0, for creating project there is an two type 1.Analytics project and 2. Data Quality Project .Created Analytics project and inserted data asset into that and perform some refining operation in that .For checking the data quality ,again i need to create one data quality project type ? and if so how to import the refined output into that data quality project?​​

I believe that the new project is necessary.
The share of data can be done with a catalog, check if you have the service available, go to the lateral menu and look for Catalogs. If so, you can promote the date that you create to this catalog, then import it to the quality project.
