I am using trace nodes to log in the message flow in ace and saving them into a file, however files are increasing in a very fast way and their size is very big. 
Do you have any way to apply log rotation every 1 week or 2 weeks, like having log rotation. 

No, log rotation isn't an option for the trace node output.
