  • 1.  ibm access manager 9.0.3 access-tk and id_token

    Hi there,

    I have older verison of ibm access manager 9.0.3 where it generates the access token as below random one and as well there is no id_token in it.

    Pls let know what could be the issue for it, after reading from google it says it needs some fix pack not sure where can i download and which fix pack to apply for it. 

    Note: I can't upgrade it to any other verision but i can install a fix pack.pls advice.

    1. Go to the IBM Passport Advantage website.

    3. Sign in with your IBM ID and password.

    5. Click on the 'Downloads and Media' tab.
    6. \n
    7. Search for 'IBM Security Verify Access' in the search bar.
    8. \n
    9. Select 'IBM Security Verify Access Virtual Appliance' from the search results.
    10. \n
    11. Choose the appropriate version for your environment and click 'Continue.'
    12. \n
    13. Agree to the software license agreement and click 'Continue.'
    14. \n
    15. Select your downloaded file(s) and click 'Download Now.'
    16. \n
    17. Once downloaded, import the ISO file into VMware by following VMware's standard procedures for importing and configuring virtual machines.

    Hi Podleys all the fixes for IBM Software are available through the Fixcentral site: https://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/

    My understanding it's that you cannot find fixes for the 9 version without upgrading to the 10 version?
    if that it's correct my suggestion it's that you create a support ticket and ask for that on the particular support case, not sure if anyone could help with this since ISAM it's out of support since April 2022.
