By default, in most cases, the number of decimal places shown in the output is determined by the decimals in the format of the variable involved in a table and the type of statistic. If you change the format, it will affect the pivot table display for some statistics.
You can, of course, always double click a table and change specific cell formats in the pivot table editor.
More generally, you can create a tableLook that specifies the decimals and set that as the default look using Edit > Options.
Finally, you can use the OUTPUT MODIFY command or the SPSSINC MODIFY TABLES extension command to change cell styles dynamically or to affect only certain types of columns such as significance levels. The Style button on some dialogs allows you to do this along with specifying procedure details or you can run these commands afterwards and apply to individual tables or all tables of selected types.
