Is it possible to get the list of users registered in Cognos from the screen or audit DB (or log file)?
We would like to get the number of users and user details if possible.

Have you looked at the Manage->Licenses option in the Cognos portal? I don't know what version you are using so I don't know if this will be sufficient.

If you want to view much more detailed information you can use the Cognos Audit Extension. You can get quite detailed information from this auditing.
