    Dear SPSS user,

     

    due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, authorization code, email address, etc...  need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/topic/0TO500000001xvJGAQ/spss-licensing

    Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) so that we can immediately process your request.

     

    For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license:
