  • 1.  I need to cancel a subscription

    Hi there

    I installed an IBM software a few years ago for statistics class, but I believe I signed up for the wrong thing in the process, and I am just now noticing. I tried to subscribe to SPSS, which I eventually did, but I think something else was added on becaaue I am not sure how to properly use IBM. I am being charged $198 monthly for a product I am not using or was aware I was paying for. I need to cancel this as soon as possible so I do not get charged again. If it is possible, I am requesting a refund for the unused service because it is extremely costly and I had no idea it was happening. Thank you for your help.
