Hi,
I've beeun using Cognos Analytics for a few months and recently I've moved all my content (spreedsheets, dashboards and charts) to Cognos Analytics 11.1, I created several new charts using the new Exploration feature.
So, on 12/19/18 I tried to access Cognos and I got a maintenance message, this message stayed for a few days, on 12/24/18 I accessed Cognos Analytics again and to my suprise all my contets dissapeared.
Has this happened to anyone else? Can I retrieve my contents? For me create everything again will be laborious.
