  • 1.  I lost all my contents

    Hi,

    I've beeun using Cognos Analytics for a few months and recently I've moved all my content (spreedsheets, dashboards and charts) to Cognos Analytics 11.1, I created several new charts using the new Exploration feature.

    So, on 12/19/18 I tried to access Cognos and I got a maintenance message, this message stayed for a few days, on 12/24/18 I accessed Cognos Analytics again and to my suprise all my contets dissapeared.

    Has this happened to anyone else? Can I retrieve my contents? For me create everything again will be laborious.

    Thanks for posting to the community!

    Are you on Cloud or on-prem? If on cloud are you on Dedicated cloud or Multitenant?  What was the maintenance message you were getting?

    This would help me troubleshoot this.

    Hi,

    I use public cloud (for employees), and the message that appeared was only warning that the CA was in maintenance.

    I couldn't recover the data and had to recreate everything again.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    I use this version only for internal work and some presentations for the client so that he is interested in the tool (the client does not have access to the CA environment). Is there any specific version (link) for IBM employee?
