Did you ever get this issue resolved?
I have a similar issue with logging into IBM cloud. My IBM is OK and on reset password it only resets my IBM ID and I still cannot access IBM cloud (as the login attempt brings me back to this very page)

I have raised a ticket with IBM Bluemix Support several weeks ago but have received no response to the case nor does clicking on the Case ID link give a status or any information (just a blank webpage).
Anyway, just wondering if you got sorted in the end and how that might have been?
