Hybrid Learning is the relationship between the physical and online worlds.

At the time, communications were the biggest degree the local and federal authority were looking for in a new employee; post-9/11. Their qualifications online helped you obtain a position at any company.

I happened to follow local government requirements and federal requirements to allow me to make the right updates to my resume. I also followed the Men's League Soccer (MLS), and learned what they would like to see on my resume.

I was anchored in faith internationally. They believed in birth right and blood right (not fate or freewill), so I started learning about Asia and Europe while living there for three years each.

I was required to keep up good grades with American and International standards. I had too, in order to play sports or participate within the host country or travel further through the school sponsored field trips or get-a-ways.

For 20 years I developed my independent-hybrid learning with my online degree and continued my education while gaining work experience in labor, sales, and service at minimum wage.

I also participated within my American community going to live events and spending money appropriately with local business to maintain my obligations with credit card, phone, and insurance payments.

I knew I would never be qualified for a government job or in sports, but I ended up with a solid American-International journalism profile and resume.

If it was not for the advent of 9/11, I would have never received my 4-year degree in liberal arts. I kept in mind everything I wanted to achieve, and have comparative politics and international relations always on the back burner along with women's studies. I searched for the latest tutoring in Italian, and am able to read and listen to social media and music, respectively.

Before I relocated to Thailand, I started reading in kindergarten, and advanced into gifted programming by the third grade. We had pen pals on VHS, and sent them a video in the mail to Australia. Now, we can facetime in the present.

Gathering data in the 80's for students was sending in the other copy of your receipt from Publix, with your son or daughter to school, or the tab from your soda cans in a ziplock to count throughout the county which began the recycling bin program, here in Florida.

History and the Humanities are a crucial key element to someone who is trying to transition online from the physical workforce and place. I would highly recommend sharing personal work experience and technology improvements across multiple platforms and profiles on your smart device. If not, you will be left behind the curve.
