  • 1.  HTML Tables in RichText Incident Notes

    Greetings!

    Is it possible to use html formatted tables in richtext objects (created with helper.createRichText) within Incident Notes.
    I have created a script which loops through a number of items and builds the table rows dynamically. All works as expected other than that the table, which appears as standard paragraph text; no table, just the header/row string contents.

    I am pulling my hair out which leads me to wonder if this use of HTML tables is somehow restricted?

    Support greatly appreciated.

    In the mean time, you'll be stuck using the SOAR tables.
