Hi Melody, the MHT file format is the regular format when you want an HTML output to be sent. Which chart engine did you use?
I did a quick trial with 11.1 visuals and the regular chart engine "Charts" - both worked for me.
Can you please try to use the regular chart engine in your report? This should work properly:

Hi everyone, I created an Event Studio agent to send out some reports on a weekly basis. I am trying to send one of those reports in HTML format as it contains a visualization (pie chart). However, in the email that's generated, the file is an MHT file (not HTML) and when I open that in the browser, I see the message "Visualization rendering is not supported for this output type". The report I'm trying to send as HTML is using the blank template (not an active report template). Is there a way I can force this report to be sent as an HTML file so I can properly see the visualization? Thanks and regards, Melody Alberti
