    Hi All,

    Good morning.

    I am looking for a document or a video which can guide to remotely upgrade Windows agent through BigFix.

    Also wish to know if anyone within their organization have done the Windows agent upgradation process through SCCM. If yes then can you please share the technotes for it.

    Hi,

    Using the BigFix console you can select the Updated Windows Client fixlet appropriate for the version you want to upgrade to. See the sample below (mine is greyed out as all my clients are currently up to date)

    I have not used SCCM to do this so can't help there.
