Your question has so few details that I’m only guessing that you are working with Developer and wish to trigger a service when a publishable document type is received.
If that is correct, then you would use an Integration Server trigger. Details on how to do this are in the Developer’s Guide and the Publish-Subscribe Programmer’s Guide PDF’s.
