Hi, can any one help me in checking status of Queue (connection or disconnected in MWS) using any built in service. Need to through alert on the basis of status.

Hi Mona, Alerts would be setup in Optimize. Don’t believe that MWS has the capability.

you can do this by using KPI by measuring your process performance if something happened while execution of process so it can send alert to you that something happened .
you need optimize for infrastructure. However, Broker has Java Api which can be used to monitor queues. You would need to write your own code to do that…
