.- How do I require a professional account (without cost).?
.- How do I require the creation of a new Cognos Analytics environment for my team?
I tested with a trial account. It was good for some initial tests, but it has a lot of limitations.
Now ,we need a professional environment where around 200 users can connect and work with the data.

Thank you Julio. This was a really big help. A couple of quick questions:

1. How long did it take for your service catalog request to be approved, and was there anyone that you contacted to expedite the request?
2. I went to the CA link on slide 10 (https://zcogcad.boulder.ibm.com/transform/cognitive/bi/?perspective=home). According to the information under the help button (?/About) it is version 11.0.13.1 (LTS). The free trial version is 11.1 R1, which seems to have more capabilities. Do you know which version you now have after your Service Catalog request was approved?

I took more or less 1 week.
You could contact the Analytics Help System (https://ahs.w3ibm.mybluemix.net/customer) to get some additional information about your request status.

2) Do you know which version you now have after your Service Catalog request was approved?
You will have IBM Cognos Analytics 11.0.13.1 (LTS) version. Cognos team mentioned some time ago that they will complete the upgrade to 11.1 version sometime during 2019 and that it would be transparent for users. For more details about upgrade calendar please contact Analytics Help System.
