I've made a mistake and removed a clustered logical volume and volume group outside of the cluster on one node. Does anyone know how I can fix it and remove the logical volume and volume group from the resource group?

    Thanks

You can simply import the volume group on the second node and thats it , incase you want to contain the vg and lv . But you want to remove the vg and lv completely from the cluster then you need to make the changes in resource group and exclude vg and lv from resource group and sync your cluster .

Once the vg and lvs are out from the resource group , you can remove them from primary node also.
