Im' engaged at customer site to migrate from Inventory (version 10.0.7 ) to ILMT (version 9.2.26).

We follow the documentation https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/license-metric-tool?topic=support-migrating-between-computers

We developed a script to follow instructions to run migration with REST API : https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/license-metric-tool?topic=ira-tutorial-migrating-software-assignments-between-two-license-metric-tool-servers

At that point we are disappointed because the script run well from ILMT server to ILMT (with 2 different versions), or from Inventory server to Inventory server but not from Inventory server to ILMT that is our use case today.

The error message for each IBM instance is 'Incorrect discoverable_guid value - it can not be found in the catalog.'

Can you please confirm that catalog guid are not the same from Inventory and ILMT ?

What can be the workaround to fix such issue ?

Both guides are not the same as Big Fix inventory catalog

has different signature tags and GUIDs. The workaround would depends on what product you are having, whether if it's Big Fix inventory or ILMT?
