I added 3 model reports and 2 normal reports to a report collection to be selected from the reports menu. However, on impersonating a business user, only the 2 normal reports show up. 3 model reports aren't visible and neither can I find where to edit their visibility. How to make model reports visible to Business Users?

Hi, got the same problem with model report. My report is accessible through the menu when logged in as an admin.

When switching to an Executive role, the report isn't available anymore.

perhaps the business users don't have the permission to see the model reports?

I'm not sure, but it might be that the permission settings of the admin role allows to see "View Modeling", but business user don't have that setting enabled.

The single permission settings were transferred from R11 to R12, but needs to be revised, because the tabs and navigation bars are no longer the same in R12.

Confirming that model reports are only available to Admin or Apptio Admin users in R12.  Users marked as Business Users do not have access to model reports as they can only be viewed within TBM Studio.

It's a good question though because there are definitely cases where I could make the argument that a model report would be the most effective way to put something out there.  

This is possible in R12, and there is a sub-permission that enables users to view it.  @Jennifer Dinh should be able to provide the steps

I grant my users the View Only role and they are able to see model reports.

After Apptio made the R11 model diagram unavailable, I was facing a mutiny...

I now have modified the landing page and have links to the custom reports, one of them being a model report.
