How to list job which is in running status?

    Hello everyone,
    I need to list job which is in running status more than 4 hours. I'm unable to list it through API as I don't know how list job based on status and timestamp. Basically I need to kill the jobs which is taking more than 4 hours. Please let me know if any one knows how to do that.
