We have downloaded the software by using the below link for windows machine and tried to connect with WAS linux servers by using hostname,SOAP port and dmgr credentials. It throws an error stating "Error making SOAP call connectorException:ADMCOO16E:java.lang.ClassnotFoundException".

We have whitelisted the required ports and ip's to connect WAS linux servers and telnet to IP and port is also happening from the windows machine. We have checked the SOAP port in dmgr console as well and it shows 8879.

We are using Windows 10 with 64 bit system.

Please let us know why SOAP connector error is occurring. For your reference am attaching the snapshot of the Error popup to the case.

URL referred to download PTT for windows 64 bit system:

Hi, I experienced a similar problem.

Be sure you have a jre directory inside the same directory you execute PerfTuningToolkit.exe

The content of the jre directory should be a valid java jre.
