  • 1.  How to install IBM Cognos Framework Manager in Windows 10

    Hello everyone,

     I need assistance installing IBM Cognos Framework Manager on my Windows 10 laptop. Can anyone guide me on where to download the installation files? I'm using the "IBM Cognos Analytics with Watson 11.2.4 version".

    If anyone has the link to the download location or files, please share it with me. It would be a great help.

    Hi Yugandhar,

    If you are a supported customer, you need to download caclient-11.2.4-2401220500.zip and analytics-installer-3.7.21-win.exe (v11.2.4 FP3 in this case).

    Place both files in a directory, then run analytics-installer-3.7.21-win.exe.

    IBM provides software downloads from their Passport Advantage site:

    https://www.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_customer.html

    You will need to log in using your IBM credentials - the software downloads your entitlements allow you to see will then be available in the Software Downloads page.
