I'm trying to implement WalkMe on IBM Cognos on-premise, but I'm facing some challenges. Adding the WalkMe snippet directly isn't supported by IBM Cognos on-premise, and I'm looking for guidance on how to proceed. Specifically, I need to know which JavaScript header file to insert the snippet into or any alternative solutions that might work. Please note that using the WalkMe Extension is not an option, as it is against our policies to add extensions on clients' browsers.

Here are some details about our setup:

• Technology: Windows
• Environment: Distributed
• Deployment: In-house
• User Access: End users log in via browser and credentials to use the application
• Internet Service: IIS
• Home Page: Loaded from an XML file which calls content from other files, making it difficult to insert the WalkMe snippet as customizations are for static content, not dynamic.

Hi Aditya, Unfortunately I don't have an answer to your question.  However, I was interested in your experience with Walkme as a DAP.  It appears you are doing work for a client but is that as a Walkme consultant or a partner organization that has experience implementing Walkme? I was particularly interested in the use case - what aspect of Walkme are you integrating with Cognos Analytics (e.g. in-app guidance, conversational interface, workflow automation etc). When I saw your question, I did not have any prior exposure to Walkme or DAP's, so I did some research on them and was intrigued with what I learned. If you're willing and able to share, I'd love to hear more about what you're doing. Thanks.
