As the decision tables can’t have conditions over a List object, looking for a solution where every Document in DocumentList needs to be passed through the Rules Decision table.

Is there a way we can call Rule from Flow service (where I can loop over the DocumentList and pass the iterated to Rule?)

Hi, if I understand you correctly, are you asking call a rule I.e decision table from flow service, if yes, it is as simple as drag n drop decision table on to flow service panel…that’s it.

There is licensing issue which might apply to your case:

If your BR license is tied to the BPM suite, the rules can only be called from a process.

Calling from a service requires a different license.
