HI support,i'm at customer site with a proxy setup between bigfix server and software.bigfix.com sites. The proxy allows only https protocol to download exe files.

Today we are facing errors to download such exe files. No error to download other files.

How to force Bigfix to download files with https protocol ?

we did it,

we restarted all bigfix services,

and still the errors persist.

We tested the curl commands from the BF server and it is successful.

Any other ideas ?

Please make sure to add the following entries to the proxy exception list in the BigFix server configuration:

IP address of the License Metric Tool server

FQDN host name of the License Metric Tool server

If you have followed the guides, then please open a case with ILMT so we can investigate further gather logs.
