I am getting "Load Library failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found" when I run PROCESS 3.5 and 3.4) versions to conduct moderation analysis in SPSS or even simple regression using SPSS. I access my work computer from home. I have contacted my work IT team, they ran tests on my work computer and said it is working fine and that all drivers are up to date. I contacted HP (my laptop company from which I access my work computer), they ran tests and said my HP is up to date including all drivers. Both HP and my work IT advised me to contact IBM to help resolve this issue. Could someone please help me.

I also have this problem with spss 25 and 27, how do i solve this? I reinstalled my whole PC and tried to change the ati file to dll file this dindt work for me.
