You can open this request yourself. Just tell developers that it is an inconvenient feature and it would be more handy if there were an option to switch it off permanently from the System Settings, for example.

Hi Ralph,
I could quickly suppress this feature and the Infographic window by adding the following CSS code
#chartInfoGraphicSection { display: none !important;}
to the file /opt/qradar/webapps/console/core/css/common.css
It is not the cleanest solution, but QRadar no longer displays this window after that.
