i am looking for a way to edit or create a new view within the "customization settings."

The reason for this is because i would look to edit the display information "related incidents"

I don't have a solution and I think its pre-built views only , but I'm curious what do you want to edit in the related incidents view? 

That's correct. It's pre-built views only and cannot be modified.

I was trying to edit the view to split different incident types under related incidents but i realise that just editing the view would not solve the problem
