Hi Vidyesh,

You can use XML to JSON action to convert HTML text to JSON. You just have to ensure that every opening HTML tag has a closing tag as well and the value for ‘Strict Parse’ field is set to ‘True’.

Are you saying not seeing in webMethods.io cloud portal or on-prem instance tooling?

I can now parse the email content using the MIME flow and currently stored in a document… However, I dont know how to translate it to CSV or JSON format from HTML. See attached screenshot. Do you happen to know?
