I have downloaded the software, but cannot seem to be able to begin using it; keep getting directed to a site to purchase monthly license.

Did you download and install the software -- then not use it for 14 days? It sounds like you have had the product for the 14 days of the trial and then the trial period expired. Unfortunately, we do not extend the trial. You could download trial on a private pc where it has not been used previously and try again.

David, I appreciate your getting back to me. Thanks for getting back to me. I talked to my contact person, who supposedly extended the trial period because I didn't have the data I needed in time. I signed up and then the data were delayed. Are you saying that despite his supposedly extending the trial period, that extension would not take effect? So, there is no way to get the trial period extended? The computer I downloaded it to is my personal PC, so I don't really have another computer with the processing capability to which to download it.
