How to automate with shell scripts the creation of CP4DATA services (creation of instances of an assembly)

I am trying to deploy CP4DATA for a PoC with IBM MAS (Maximo Application Suite V8.3) on a ROCKS cluster

It requires to install a CP4DATA and to create several CP4DATA services.

Below is a list of tasks to perform for this installation

1- Install Cloud Pak for Data Lite assembly

2- Apply available patches for the Lite assembly

3- Install the DB2 Warehouse assbembly

4- Apply available patches for the DB2 Warehouse assembly

5- Install the DB2 Data Management Console (DMC) assembly

6- Apply available the DB2 Data Management Console (DMC) assembly

7- install the DB2 Data Management Console (DMC) service (create an instance)

8- Create a database instance (IOTDB database) for the MONITOR  and PREDICT MAS apps

9- Create a database instance (HEALTHBD database) for the MAS HEALTH app

My customer is requiring a shell script that is fully automating these installation tasks.   Using the OC and CPD-CLI command line interfaces, I did it without problems for tasks 1 to 6.  But how can I do it for Tasks 7 to 9. The CP4DATA documentation gives procedures only using the CP4DATA web console.

Is there an REST API to do it  or is there a HELM chart with templates I could use
