We have downloaded WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server from IBM Passport Advantage and installed them in our servers.

In the downloaded files we see only one license file wlp-nd-license.jar (IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty Network Deployment License Upgrade V9.0.5.1 Multiplatform Multilingual (CC3P4ML))

This file seems to be for Liberty server and out installation is IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V9.0.5.1

Could someone please help us with below queries :

1) Do we require to apply license for the software we download from IBM Passport Advantage?

2) Do license required from IBM HTTP Server installation as well and how to apply license to this installation?

3) How to license the IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V9.0.5.1 installation?

If you are able to see and download the WebSphere and IBM HTTP Server installation files from the IBM Passport Advantage site that means you are entitled and have a valid license for the software.

You can install these products without having to apply any additional licenses.
