Please go to the below link to open a license case

Once there click on "Open a case for your SPSS Licensing request" this will take you to a screen where you can click on under Product Resources "Open a case to get help with SPSS License Issues"Fill in all the information and when you get to the section "Type of licensing request" you will pick "Other licensing requests (OTHER)"
Please do that and someone from Technical Support will reply back to you

I've installed the programme several housr ago and when trying to login I get an error message that I don't have a subscription in my IBMid. I do have a free trial in my profile but it says "Activation in progress". How long can I expect this activation will take? I need the programme quite urgently.
